Cable only comes through 1 interior outlet

On the road for our first "adventure" in wintering with the 2005 International. I have hooked up the RV campground's cable to the outside of the camper.

On the inside, I have coax connections in the bedroom (aft), under the dining table, and above the dining room table on the bulkhead. None of them seem to be picking up the signal from the incoming cable connection.

Also under the dining table, there is one more coax connection plate with two coax connections on it. On labeled "Satellite/Cable In" and the other labeled "Satellite/Cable Out". It has a little 3-inch piece of coax that jumps the two connectors together.

I took off the 3-inch jumper coax and ran a piece of coax from the "In" to my TV. And I was able to pick up 92 channels.

Anybody have any idea why I'm not getting that cable signal feed into the rest of the cable outlets? It seems like all of them are wired directly to the antenna on the roof, and only the "special" outlet under the dining table is getting the feed from the shore-cable input from the outside of the camper.

Thanks!
