Braund Delta Antenna

greetings from seattle......................will my old braund/delta still work with the new digital signals..next year........i have old type tvs in my rig.....will the converter box work with the old delta antenna

I do believe it will. The only thing changing is the kind of data transmitted, Digital verses the current analog signals received. The carrier frequencies that transmit the data does not change and so your antenna will still work. Your TV will have to be cable ready though or you will have to have the converter box.

Yes, it will work. There are several forums members that have digital TV sets, and the old antennas work fine for them. The new antennas are touted as "digital ready" or "digital compatible", but it's pretty much just marketing. My 1972 Philco tv is digital compatible, with the correct adapter...

hey guys,,,,,,,thanks for the good news on the braund/delta,,,,,,,found a new one still in the sealed box,,at a yard sale for $5 bucks in seattle,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,thanks for the info paintingman
