Audio Wiring Question

Walls are out, and I'm planning out our audio system.

2 Speakers in the rear bedroom, 2 above the dinette in front (we'll use the head unit's front-to-rear fade if one of us wants to go to sleep) and a subwoofer under the front dinette.

I plan on adding a small 5-channel amplifier to power everything nicely, and that's where I'm getting a bit confused:
- all the speakers will route through the amp,
- the RCA cables connect the head unit to the amp,
- and of course there'll be a bit 4 gauge wire connecting the trailer's batteries to the amp.

But how does the head unit get power? It's a brand new Pioneer with bluetooth, XM, etc., and obviously in a car there'd be a harness that takes care of all this. Will I be running 12v power from the amp to the head unit?

The harness in the photo should have a power lead. Just connect the 12v power lead on the harness to any 12v source.

Hey Kelvin, thanks for the reply! Think I've got it figured out.
