Audio-Video Upgrade

My apologies if this is an existing thread. We have a 19 ft 2005 Bambi International & I would like to upgrade the Audio-Video system. It has a multi-CD & DVD player and we do not even own CD's anymore. My plan would be to go from a 19" to 22" TV if the mount will accommodate with a DVD player (doesn't have to be BluRay). Don't listen to standard radio anymore. Spoiled by XM satellite which I have in our Suburban. Looking for MP3 & possibly satellite radio Any helpful suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated! My Suburban has all those capabilities so it would seem possible.
Thanks!
Keep on keeping on!

Audio choices

Don't forget internet radio. I like Pandora, and has a free option, and access it via a smart-phone. I have satellite too, but tend to listen to Pandora more.

I'd offer that you should be looking for a head unit with an auxilary input, if not bluetooth A2DP capabilities. That way, Pandora and Sirius/XM can be covered via smart phone, either wirelessly or through 1/8" cable.
