I just replaced my Sensar with the new Razar, very easy job. The only "complication" is cutting the end of the cable so that the cable can be pulled thru the pole. You then have to put a new cable connection on the end so you attach it to the new Razar. The removal and installation is very easy. I also have the Winegard SendarPro inside the trailer. I like seeing the strength when rotating the antenna. Again very easy replacement.

There is a device listed as the Rayzar.

But this unit is listed as an internal antenna. Is it also used on the external of TTs?

Oops on the spelling. It is Rayzar and yes they make an RV version. On sale right now at Camping World. It come with a new shorter mast. Take old mast off and put on new. It helps to have either a cable guy friend or Rg6 compression fitting tool.

?? on my antenna, there were two "poles" one containing the coax and the other empty. I unscrewed the coax from the head, removed the pole not containing the coax, fastened the NEW Rayzar to the remaining pole, screwed the coax to the Rayzar and was done. Less than 15 minutes. Works great. I had purchased the amp head only, About $50.00 there is another version that is more complete for $150.

Mike, did you have the Wingman on your old Sensar beford the Rayzar?

What is you opinion about the reception.

Back to my previous question, will the Rayzar head rest on the aluminum cradle on the roof? I could add stick on rubber bumpers on the high points of the cradle.

Thanks

Kelvin
