Question Access panel removal

I have a 30 ft Classic w/ queen bed--at the floor, on the wall on each side of the bedroom, there is a carpet covered box--I suspect for the wiring harness--the one on the curb side is higher than the roadside box--I need to install a new TV cable and phone line in the bedroom and I need to "open" the box--

BUT--I can't figure out how to do that--there doesn't seem to be any screws or fasteners thru the carpet and nothing at the ends--any suggestions would be most welcome
