12V feed for TV

Hi,all
I have a 2004 28' Safari and am replacing the old tv mounted to the W/C bulkhead w. a new Naxa 23" 12 v set. I want to run the new set on 12v but there does not seem to be a 12v feed in the curbside tambour where the antenne and av wiring comes out, only a 110 outlet. Should there be 12v available in this location? Alternatively, could I safely tap the hot wire for the light above the dinette? The tv draws 45w and the lites are replaced w. LED. FWIW, the old 12v tv was plugged into 110.

Installed the tv, tapped the dinette light circuit which has a 10g wire feeding 2 bulbs, easily will carry the tv which feeds with a 18g... the picture is gorgeous with the OE antenna, in an area with lousy reception.
