Wiring & Plumbing diagrams - '86 Argosy

I think I just bought (made an offer) a 1986 Argosy. Does anyone know how I can come up with wiring and plumbing diagrams? I will also have to replace a piece of floor in front of the door due to moisture getting at it and making it soft and spongy. I am assured that the previous owners had show dogs and that is where the water bowl for the dogs was, as opposed to a leak. Anyway, I will need to replace about 4 square feet of floor and probably all of the linoleum.
Any help for this newbie is greatly appreciated!

addendum to above

In reference to the above 1986 Argosy, it is a 29' model.
Thanks again, Oak.

Door leaks are very common, especially on older trailers as the weather stripping fails. Windows also. I would check the ENTIRE floor, particularly under the water heater, water tank, access doors, under the bath area....

Replacing flooring is a major project. Really hard if it goes under the built in furnishing. Get a deduct on the price you are paying for this, if possible.

Owning sloppy drinking Boxers all my life (7 todate), all house dogs, I cannot imagine dog bowls causing a rotten floor. I smell smoke.

As far as the diagrams & manuals, they should be available from:

Good luck on whatever you decide to do...keep us posted!
