anyone out there have pink appliances in their as? I've got a chance to put pink appliances in my 67 as I was wondering if it was a good or bad idea. I love then myself but don't want to regret. Very subtle pink not bubble gum pink

Thumbs up Welcome Aboard....

If your going to keep it forever and ever...go for it.

The best thing we did with our 63 Safari..... was improve, but keep it as original as possible.

Got a good price and had no problem finding a buyer.

Well, it's a happy color...

Yes, pink is a commitment, Pink is considered to be a passionate color, but I'd vote for pink. It'd be difficult for me to avoid accessorizing with more pink. I certainly wouldn't choose orange for my counter-tops if my stove was pink, probably grey, as using recessive colors in a confined area yields an illusion of space, which is helpful in a GT. Pink appliances don't necessarily have to lead to an entire pink theme.

I've seen beige, yellow, brown, turquoise, and light blue in the sixties trailers. 1967 is a bit late for pink, but who cares. Boomerang laminate doesn't fit either, but it's a popular remodel choice. Pink will tie in with all the flamingo junk available, and Hello Kitty.

Too much pink is possible, easily overdone, but I think it can be very joyful at a tasteful level...

Again, Yes to pink appliances. Have some fun, don't get lost.

I'm doing tho salmon pinkish on appliances. Probably.... Driftwood grey floor grey upholstery and I have a kilim in tones of pink turquoise grey for runner and pillows. Might opt to do kulim on one side of upholstery. I'm not into the pink and white shabby chic thing. I have light yellow now. Turquoise light yellow and subdued pink did carry into late 60s. olive green Coppertone followed
