Yes, pink is a commitment, Pink is considered to be a passionate color, but I'd vote for pink. It'd be difficult for me to avoid accessorizing with more pink. I certainly wouldn't choose orange for my counter-tops if my stove was pink, probably grey, as using recessive colors in a confined area yields an illusion of space, which is helpful in a GT. Pink appliances don't necessarily have to lead to an entire pink theme.
I've seen beige, yellow, brown, turquoise, and light blue in the sixties trailers.
1967 is a bit late for pink, but who cares. Boomerang laminate doesn't fit either, but it's a popular remodel choice. Pink will tie in with all the flamingo junk available, and Hello Kitty.
Too much pink is possible, easily overdone, but I think it can be very joyful at a tasteful level...
