ID part and use?

I have two blue plastic pieces I thought were associated to storage of the dometic fridge - but I am wrong (those would be the door shelving separators. Can someone help me ID the attached part and it's usage?

Thanks!

Ian

Hmmm. Is that the clip that holds the grates?

Odd - the manual refers to the white door storage dividers as the means to hold the doors open, and I see no obvious way to use the blue thingies... Yes, that's a technical term.

Ian, did you get any help with your blue thingy? I see that the picture of the device posted on ebay shows one in place. If not, let me know and I can describe how to use this U shaped thingy to hold your door open so it won't mildew while in storage.

Oh, make sure you remove these little wonders before you tow the trailer down the road. It gets ugly in the back of the trailer if you don't.

Nothing yet, it may turn out to actually have nothing to do with the frig. One of the additional joys of a previously used Airstream, no telling what you will find in it.

Thanks for the video - confirms my fridge has nothing like those handles or slots... I guess dometic ships both the blue plastics and the white handle latch/container bin separators to cover both circumstances.
