High Pressure vs. Low pressure Appliances

Anyone can help me? Im currently designing lpg system and trying to find out how will I classify appliances if it is low pressure or high pressure. Is it by the consumed energy or as per manufacturers designation?

In the US it is a requirement that RV appliances be low pressure, so they are manufactured to that specification. Older ones were not. I have a 2000 Coleman pop up that has two different stoves the internal one is low pressure the outside one is higher pressure (cooks faster too).
