Exhaust fan motor

I am looking for a motor for the range hood from my 1965 Trade wind. I have the old one but have not been able to find a source a 12 volt motor that will work.
Thanks

I think this is it. Do you have it uncover enough to where you can see it?

Motor

I've got it sitting on the floor of the shop where it has been setting for months after I gave up. I love this forum, it is unbelievable.
I will do some measuring, but I have dinked with it and looked for it so much that I know thats my motor on sight.
Big thank you

Have you tried to fix yours? When I bought my 63 TW the fan was not working, and tho PO said it never did. Well i took it apart, cleaned it, sanded off the rust, lightly greased the shaft ends and low and behold it now works on both 12v & 110, on the first flip of the switch, every time. I almost purchased the one above. Saved 70 bucks.

We have the correct fan motor, and we do not need any measurements.

I replaced mine with a motor sold for deer/wildlife feeders like this one.

I doubt that motor is the same.

The original stove exhaust vent motor, is designed to take the "heat" from the stove and oven, without failing.

Will that cheaper motor do the same??

The factory pays far more than that price, which makes me feel that it cannot be the same.

Airstreams motor, has a history of lasting for 30 to 40 years.

Will the cheaper motor last that long? I would think not.

Motors are made to many different specs. The heat that it must work in, is one of them.
