I'd be concerned about the weight of the range. Remember, you have a limited amount of cargo capacity in any RV!
While many common natural gas appliances have conversion kits for LP, I'm not so sure about an exotic, imported appliance such as this one.
Also, it appears to need 110 AC current to work. Will you always be able to provide this via shore power or inverter?
Someone else already mentioned the issue of heat gain and ventilation.
Finally, will you have the fridge capacity to carry the quantity and type of food that warrants such a fancy range?
