Does anyone have experience with the Xantrex Link-10 Choice battery monitor (this is the Xantrex model name for the Link-10 with RS-232 serial data interface and alarm contacts)?
Or if not, any experience with the Link-10 standard model?
I know folks who use the regular Link 10. I've downloaded and read the manuals for all the meters, and the Link 10 WILL be the one I put in our Airstream.
It's the only one that considers the Peukert factor, which is important if any larger than a tiny inverter is going to be used.
The quote I got for the "Choice" model was a LOT higher than the regular model, so it doesn't seem worth it to me unless you're seriously interested in gathering that data.
