Vital Signs for Power Converter

We bought an Intelli-Power PD9130 30 amp power converter two years ago for our 1969 GT. After fully charging the battery this Spring, I am getting no power to the AS. When I hook into AC everyting works fine. The battery tests out fine and none of the fuses are blown. Could the power converter be bad? Any thoughts on how I can check it? When you are not on shore power the converter does nothing. Power is routed to the trailer from the battery through the 12 volt distribution panel. I would check the cables from the battery. The connection to the frame of the trailer from the negative post would be a good place to start.
