Before you blame this on the fridge, I'd point out that the Siemens GFCI breaker in recent Airstreams is somewhat notorious for becoming unreliable. (I'm assuming the Classic uses the same breaker as my '17 Flying Cloud.)
I started to have the GFCI breaker open at random inconvenient times and worked down to the point where only the fridge was plugged in and it kept happening. Then I unplugged the fridge AND IT CONTINUED TO HAPPEN. I replaced that Siemens breaker with another $40ish Siemens GFCI breaker and the problem hasn't recurred in many nights of camping since then.
It is possible for the heating element in the fridge to have a ground-fault. It's also possible that your Siemens GFCI breaker is junk, and it's much cheaper/easier to replace!
