Screen replacement/Univolt

Finally replaced univolt/converter. Works great. The wire screen in the bottom of the plastic housing has rusted out. How do you change/relace that screen? Will provide pics if necessary. The old unit was bolted to the floor with 4 bolts/screews. Do I need to plug these old holes before securing unit? Thanks. Jack
