Question Safari Battery Disconnect problem

Ours is a 2007 Safari SE. Have had it connected to a shore power line since November. Last night, went out to prepare to go to the lake this weekend. Disconnected the power hookup and then could get no lights on using the battery power-not power to the power jack. The rocker switch for the battery disconnect showed a red light and the switch would not stay in the on or off position--just flipped back to neutral. When using the switch, get a loud click from the relay under the bed. The batteries register 13.7 volts. Any help on just what the problem and resolution might be is much appreciated. We are under warranty but hate to have to pull it the 180 miles to the dealer and back.

Bad Switch?

I would guess bad switch.
Is the switch like a circuit breaker?
Do you have a manual?
