rv converter/charger

My converter is shot in our 72 Sovereign I am new to the community and would greatly appreciate some advice. I was thinking of buying an Inteli-Power 9200 Series. Their are some ranging from 45A to 80A what converter does someone recommend? Any help would be appreciated Thanks!

I recently installed a 9245 (45 amp) in my 75 Trade Wind. It is large enough for all of my 12 volt needs. I only have one battery in my trailer, if I had more I would have gotten a higher rated converter.

On edit: Welcome to the forums!

I use the 45 amp model 9200 in all my Airstreams and haven't blown a fuse, even on the 2-battery setups. If you want some margin, get a 60-amp. You will never need anything bigger than that.

I also was going to go with the Intelli-Power but found a Parallax 7400 on Ebay for $90! He had four of them and I believe that he still has some listed. It was shipped in original packaging with all original paperwork. I could not pass it up, and it should work fine. Anything is better than that buzz-box under the front gaucho!
