RC to Ah Conversion

I have an interstate 12v Group 24 battery. The Solar charger I have asks how many amp hours the battery is. However that rating is not given, just an RC ( Reserve Capacity) of 140. I have read on line differing methods of converting RC to amp hours (Ah). One says take the RC and divide by 2.4 ( which would give about 58) another says multiply the RC by .6 (that gives 84), and yet another sat divide by 2 and add 16. Anyone know what the answer should be?
