Progressive Dynamics 4045 install help

Hi, im new to the forum, I recently purchased a 1964 ambassador, and i am restoring it, my deal is i am replacing the converter with the PD 4045 all in one. i have searched and found some useful info. if anyone can tell me directly how to install this i would be thankful.

1. Is the MAIN the cord that plugs into a land power source?
2. how do i figure out which set of wires on the Airstream is for what (AC, curb, rear, front, etc.)?
3. I have 4 (four) wires coming out of the rear.
im so confused i have no idea what kin d of help to ask for

Instructions for the 4045 are really junk! It took me hours of planning the installation I did. Use the search function here in the blue menu bar above. Let me see if I can find my other info. The converter works well by the way. Install it where you can easily see the fuses.

thank you, that was the pictures i have already saved on my iphone... i already found your threads and it was the only helpful thing i could find. i have a question, im new to this, but with the converter i can only run DC if im not plugged up to a AC supply?

Yes...if you have a battery. You need an "inverter" to get AC from a DC source.
A"converter" does AC to DC.

are the black wires (12) going to be ground? i see that they run to a bar, then it breaks to 4 wires running into to junkctioin box. then the white ground from the converter is connected to a bar that has a few wires running to the junkction as well is that connected to the 4 black wires going to the 12 wire bar?, its a little confusing. but on the diagram i see, it running to a bar then to a ground bar.
