Power to Load Center but nowhere else?

I bought a 2000 AS and power worked fine at the former owner's house but when I got it home I got power at the 50 amp load center but no where else, i.e., plugs, lights, slideouts, etc. It has a 50 AMP load center, all breakers test ok, I get 120 current at every breaker but why is it not getting to all of the rest of the electrical devices. I have looked everywhere for some major off/on switch but found none. It does have an inverter/converter and I wonder if that needs to be tested?

Are you measuring the power between the hot line and the ground rather than the hot line and the neutral? If so, it would look like there is power at the breakers, but if the neutral was open it would not get to the circuits. Check that you are actually measuring between the breaker and the neutral bar, not the ground bar.

Look for an open neutral line.
