If you are going to use the old fuse panel with the new converter. First tell us where the large red and black wires on the fuse panel go?
The converter should be wired in such a manner that it is connected to the fuse panel where the large red (positive) and black (negative) and to the battery positive and negative terminals respectively.
There should be fuses 30 to 50 amps between the battery and the fuse panel. The converter has its own internal protection rated for the particular converter. You must make sure that the wires connected to the converter are large enough to handle the current capability of said converter.

Meant to say we need the ID of the large white wire as well. My guess is that it goes to the chassis of the trailer.

The PD9260 in my Airstream works great .... I did get word from one AS Technical Guy that the PD does not like AGMs as well as some of the others like Powermax. However, I have AGMs in both trailers and have no issues.

I have had the same setup for over 5 years with no issues. In fact the charging profile for my PD9245 is the same as the Lifeline AGM that I have installed
