PD 4655 Quick Question

I just installed my PD converter. On the 12v DC board the battery pos lug was a bit loose on the board and could rotate as I tightened it. Is this OK or do i need to get a replacement before going any further?

All I can say is that I had the same thing happen to me but with one of the smaller dc fused circuits. I was worried too but the "grip" on the wire seemed good, so I left it as is and have had no problems. I will add that I did not use high forces on that screw, I have worked with a lot of small fasteners before and was using very light torque on that screw.

There is plenty of connectivity. They don't torque them too tight so that you won't either.
