Is it safe to plugin when the batteries have been removed?
Where my Daisy is in storage we have no long-term use of electricity. It looks like we won't be using her now until our summer trip in June, so I'm removing the batteries and bringing them home to put them on a battery tender. I occasionally do go over to Daisy and run a long extension cord so I can do some work. Is it safe to plugin?

The best part of any trip is when you pull away from home.
If the only 12 volt system you will most likely be using is the lights why not just take a 120 volt light with you and unplug the converter to be safe.
If not you will have to cover the end of the positive cables to be sure they don't short to ground while plugged in.
