Newbie Electrical Question

Just diving into my first Airstream, an '85 Sovereign 29ft mid-bath. Am fairly sure I have either a bad univolt or a one (or more) fuses blown.

Call me an idiot, but I can't find the fuse panel. Behind the sofa there is a door marked "12V distribution fuse panel", Univolt is on the floor under the sofa. Problem is, when I look at the "12V distribtion fuse panel" it contains neither auto type fuses or the glass fuses...see pic attached.

So is this some kind of fuse I am not used to seeing? If so, how do I test these ? If not, where is the fuse box?

Those are circuit breakers. There are 10 of them. While they do fail the more common problem is for the nuts to get loose. You would want to disconnect shore power and batteries before trying to tighten them since if you short to ground with a wrench you could burn yourself.

The breakers will reset by themselves after a period of time if there is a short or overload.

So there is no fuse box in this model?

No. There may be a few fuses here or there. For example, it is common for the tongue jack to have an inline fuse, and the control board for the fridge usually has a fuse in it. But there is no fuse box, per se. Just breakers.

You can confirm the operation of the breakers with a test light. Except for the one in the upper right, they are all bussed together so if you clip the wire on a test light to ground and probe each of the outer terminals, they should all light the light. Any that don't are tripped or have failed. I'm not sure how the one in the upper right is wired or what it does.

Interesting that the top row, second breaker from the left, has two wires attached to it, and the center top breaker has no wire. I wonder if the center top breaker went bad, and a PO moved the wire from it to the second one? I would think that originally, each breaker had one wire on it, feeding one circuit.
