That circuit gets it power at one end from the fuse panel, but also feeds power to the battery from your TV. Since this all started with replacing the fuse panel, I would focus in on that area first.

The 73 service manual shows a seperate red wire powering the control panel. I just looked at the circuit board for the control panel. It is fed 12VDC+ from the red wire. On the other side of the fuse fed from the circuit board is the 12VDC+ for the water pump, battery condition guage and the panel light.
The holding tank lights should not light up unless there is waste water in the tank.

only thing i did not hook up is the ammeter wires everything esle is connected not sure about tv it works on 110

thanks guys i do now have power to control panel water pump and other functions working properly no indictor light but i can live with that for now thanks again
