I have a
1960 Tradewind that I'm "renovating". It has 2 different receptacle / umbilical cord connection points, they both look like they were factory installed originals. The bigger one looks like the typical point of connection, I have the cord that matches it AND I have verified that it works.
I'm trying to figure out what the other one is for and if I should keep it for some reason. It is about 3/4" in diameter and has 4 prongs. The wires connected to it are fairly heavy gage. 2 wires are tied together and then go into the wall above, 1 wire goes with that wire into the wall above and then the 4th wire goes to the break away switch.
Thanks for your help, MarkR
