Multistage Chargers, DC volt variance & damage cause

Hey Folks:

I have a new 4 stage charger / converter which has maintained my dual 6v batteries beautifully.

Since these devices also supply our DC panels, which route DC voltage to all of our various DC electronics, Do I need a mechanism to regulate the DC voltage to hold it at 12.0 volts?

For example, when my converter / charger is in equalization mode it's putting about 16 volts through my DC system, is that enough to damage Fantastic Fans, USB iPhone chargers, Flatscreen tv's, Jensen stereo deck??

Any thoughts input is appreciated.

Have a great day!

No. Most if not all electronics can handle the 16 volts.
Many such as backup cameras are set up for 10 to 30 volts.
Each device has specs. But no more info than you get from A$ or the various venders it will be hard to actually find the specs.
