Messed up again

I came home from vacation with pneumonia so I just parked the trailer on the side and went inside to bed (then the doctor). I went out yesterday to look at disconnecting the trailer and found that the batteries were both very dead. It seems the water pump had stayed on for some reason and worn down the battery after 5 days (interesting the freshwater tank had not emptied).

Anyway, I had bought 2 new AGM batteries last year since I felt the OEM's were shot after being discharged fully twice before. BTW, we have solar so there was some juice.

Question: Did I mess up the new AGM's and should I replace these before going out on a boondocking trip?
