lithium and solar

My wife and I are going full time for a year. San Diego to Alaska then out to the east coast. We have a 25fb with the lead acid batteries and I 200 watts of solar. I would like to upgrade to lithium, but I don't want to break the bank. I was looking at smart battery lithium drop in replacements or nex gen. Any thoughts? The price works. Was also thinking about adding a plug in panel for more solar. Also I think I need to change my inverter when I upgrade my batteries to lithium, or will the one I have work?

There are lots of things you can do. There is a ton of information on this site and for good reference material you should check out am solar as they are probably the number one installer of systems.

They are located just out of Eugene, Or on your way to Alaska

Why don't you post the exact smart lithium drop-in batteries that you are considering, which solar charger and converter you have installed and which inverter is in your AS? This will help identify many tradeoffs that are likely to arise.
