Life line batteries

Is anyone using these batteries? I have solar panels. It's what came with my used AS.

Yes...they are the batteries installed by Airstream when you have factory solar (they are Group 24 batteries)...and they are excellent batteries and highly recommended.

We replaced the original Lifeline batteries on our 2006 rig (which also has factory solar) with new ones last summer...and we are very pleased. Some folks move from Group 24 to Group 27...but note that they are slightly bigger and require a little (but not drastic) modification to the battery box.

We had Lifeline AGMs installed at JC in the Spring of 2011. They are performing well. I keep them on a battery tender over the winter in our garage. We like them.

Yes...we have these AGM batteries and we have a 145W solar panel connected DIRECTLY into the batteries, bypassing the converter...thus the batteries are always charged....even in the winter! Not my idea...but the dealer's. Works great!
