Leaving an AGM battery in my Airstream over the winter (solar charger)

Hi,

I recently installed a 40 watt solar panel with charge regulator near my rig. The panel is high up in a tree and at an angle such that snow will not accumulate on it. Would it hurt an AGM battery to be out all winter that includes sub-zero temperatures so long as it is being charged by this solar panel?
