Intellitec Master Control Switch

I am still troubleshooting it but am having problems with my solenoid latching when shore/generatro power is applied. By not latching prevents converter power being applied to batteries. I have replaced the solenoid but that did not fix the problem. I believe the "latching" action is accomplished by the switch. Has anyone had any experience/problem with this switch.

The way it seems to work, is when external power is applied to the trailer the solenoid is latched to connect batteries to converter power. This happens regardless of the position of the master switch. My latching is intermittent.
