How to get to the Univolt on '68 Safari?

I spent a good deal of time trying to find the Univolt on my "new" '68 Safari--it knows I'm looking for it and that I'm going to kill it, so it's hiding.

I found it in an inaccessible corner under the bathroom sink. It's behind the sink drainage pipe and can only be seen from the rear service door. It's just flopping around in there, no attachments. How in the world do I get to it and to the fuse panel?

The front of the sink cabinet will come off. Drill out the rivets across the top and look for screws on the sides.
