Help with Tripping Converter Fuse

Hi All,

We have put about 20,000 miles on our new 2013, 50 amp, in-line surge protector, 30' Classic Airstream since last November. No real problems to speak of except in the last couple of days, one leg of our Converter Fuse keeps tripping leaving us without any power in the entire trailer when connected to shore power.

I can immediately restore power by cutting the switch of at the outside power source, removing the 50 amp cable, cutting the switch back on, replacing, wait 2 minutes and I have the power back.

The circuit seem to only trip when both Air Conditioners and another electrical appliance is plugged in.

I have read some where on the forum that this Parallax Power Supply (4400 Series Paramode Converter System) can be upgraded to avoid this problem. We are still under warranty and would not want to deal with this issue again.

Can anyone explain what is happening here? What would be the best upgrade and if it is advisable to install it myself?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks
