I just put in a new power converter in our 1975 Overlaner and used the old fuse panel. I have 12vdc coming from the lug with the blue wire for the control panel and water pump but I have no 12vdc at the control panel. I'm thinking there is a plug under the skin that may have been puller apart. I also have no front fan which is also connected to the same wire. Is ther a inline fuse other than the one on the fuse panel and the one at the connector on the control panel that may be blown.?

I also want to add that in the manual this wire is called the charge line. I plugged my truck into the trailor and had power to the control panel and fan and water pump. So I'm thinking the problem has to be between the control panel and the fuse panel. Where does the wire harness travel? I sure hope someone can help. I want to make one more camping trip before storage.

This is a tough one. The 12 volt line that you talk about splits (somewhere) with one leg going to the rear two vent lights and the other half going to the control panel (water pump) and then to the front vent light and fan. The wire continues to the 7 pin connector to your TV. That would explain why the circuit works when connected to the TV. If the rear lights are working without the TV connected, the break must be where the split is. I would guess that that connector would be running along the roof somewhere.

Did everything work correctly before you put the new charger in?

Our 75 Overlander doesn't have middle and rear vent fans. Just the one up front. All the 12vdc worked before the convertor change but I had towed it so not sure if something had happend then. I could have pulled a connector loose when I removed the old univolt but not sure.
