Converter, battery, and fuse box location in '77 Argosy 28 CB

Hello,
We bought an Argosy last weekend, and want to convert the twin beds to a full bed, but would rather not sleep on top of all the electrical equipment. When I looked at the manual, it shows the battery, converter, and fuse box in the center bath floor plan are located in the hall closet.

Those are all located under the road-side twin bed in our trailer, which is where the diagram for the 28 end bath shows them.

Can anyone with a '77 Argosy 28 Center Bath tell if the book was printed incorrectly or if maybe our trailer was changed at some point? I think the book is wrong because there isnt any battery access door on the curb side to match the diagram in the manual...

With all of that being said, would there be a problem with us moving that stuff to the closet? I dont think the battery access door is a necessity.

Thanks
Steph

Hi Steph, I just bought a 28 foot 77 Argosy center bath. We didn't get a manual with it and the previous owners had replaced the twin beds with a double. All of our electrical equipment is under the bed right now but we think it was moved (maybe originally under the twin like yours?) and we would like to move it to the closet too. I'm curious as to what you ended up doing?
