Cool Control Panel problem

1980 Excella II Control Panel (long one above refrigerator) tank level indicators work when connected to shore power, do not work when not connected. Clock and 12 volt water pump switch, which are also on control panel, work whether connected to shore or not. Have Airstream repair book but it does not show circuit for control panel, just wire leading to it. Looks like same wire (pink) provides 12 volt to panel for tank levels, clock, and pump. Anyone have any ideas, panel schematics, or know of repair shop/vendor who can check panel circuits?

FWIW- another AS owner was telling me that his control panel in his Argosy moho went kaput. He made a few inquiries to small electronics repair shops. He was able to get it all working at a small "mom and pop" shop. He said the price was el-cheapo and the owner did not need a schematic. I'm guessing these are pretty basic for someone with an electronics background. Hope this helps.
