Circuit breaker replacement

I have a Parallax 7300 converter and suspect my 3020A breaker is overheating when AC is running tripping the 20A ac breaker especially when it outside temp is hot. AC blows cold and seems fine. I can't figure out how to remove the 3020 breaker because there is a metal tab on the converter that covers the top of that breaker. Suggestions?

I decided the move my AC circuit which was on the 20 amp breaker on the 3020 to the end of breaker panel. I wanted to move a circuit that didn't generate heat to the one next to the 30 so it meant shuffling a couple of wires around.

I did replace my 3020 breaker last year since it had popped so many times trying to run the AC together with the 110v water heater. I wish I could remember how I did it. I remember the tab. I think I had to remove it.

I did exactly what you suggest a week ago and it solved the problem. I moved the AC wire over to the 2020 breaker and the AV and TV to the 3020. Haven't had a problem since. We are stopping at Jackson Center OH (Airstream) on the way home to CA so I will ask them about replacing the 3020 breaker then. Thanks for your response.
