Battery Terminal Types

Let me start out by saying sorry if this question has been asked and answered previously. After searching and searching, I just couldn't find it.

I want to switch to 6v batteries. The current battery cables have the clamp type automotive ends. The golf cart batteries have ELPT, Embedded Low Profile Terminals. How does one adapt the cable to the new terminal type?

Thanks

Ron

New copper eyelets crimped on to the ends of your existing cables. The clamp-on automotive terminals are the first thing that I remove in any upgrades that I do.

The eyelets and bolts are far superior.

Maybe these folks could help, worth a call.

I've used the compression style on the boat for years without a problem.
