Battery for 1967 20 ft

Hello...New here....

I'm replacing my battery on a 1967 Globetrotter...what should I buy ?
and also can someone tell me where the fuses are located and how many
should there be. I did find the 2 - 40 amp next to the battery,
but thats all I can find.

Thanks for your help MK

Welcome to the forum, MK.

When I bought a battery for my '67, I bought the biggest battery that would fit the battery holder and compartment. It ended up being the largest battery (Interstate brand) that the RV place sold.

My '67 has no fuses other than the two 40 amp fuses you mentioned. It has self-resetting circuit breakers for the DC loads. These breakers are mounted underneath the battery tray.

Email me if a picture would help.
