Battery charger help

i just replaced my parallax 7300 charger...i am getting 13-14 volts from the panel but nothing at the cables that bolt onto batteries....any suggestions?? thank uuu

Ronboy, did you even get this figured out? I see its been several days.

yes i did...replaced the converter, which is fine, but i had left the battery switch, by the door, on the ''store'' position...batteries drained and there wasn't enough juice to go from''store'' to ''use'' i charged batteries with outside charger and then pressed''use''...apparently the relay needs juice from battery to make the solenoid thingy work....all is good now, bring on the warm weather!! thank u for your follow up
