A stitch in time saves mine!
While doing some general maintenance I was cleaning the interior panel of the low voltage distribution panel behind the table in the Excella. As the rag passed over the panel I noticed a flash and discovered that the panel was able to touch the main buss from the battery. Closer inspection revealed erosion from arcing where the panel corner was cut without adequate claarance and had contacted the terminal briefly on many occasions. A quick 45 degree cut with tin snips supplied the need room and made a permanent fix.
