1967 Airstream Tradewind Electrical

Hi, I just purchased a 1967 trade wind, with a shot electrical system, and I am not quite sure where to start. If we were to purchase an inverter, would we additionally need a converter to bring the power back down to twelve volts? And out of the three inverters, which would you most recommend for dry camping only? And the pics attached are of the current state of electrical
