12v panel wire tangle!

Looking for some advice/help here:
I have a '68 Overlander and want to take out the old Central Control Panel. I don't need most of the things that used to be housed in it (water pump, water tank level, TV, etc), but it also houses the 12v distribution which I definitely need to keep. I bought a new 12v panel from Vintage Trailer Supply, and have read posts of other folks that have used it for this purpose. I am having a heck of a time figuring out what wires go to what though, and which ones I need to keep in the new 12v panel. Any tips would be appreciated. I'm pretty handy, but electrical systems are definitely my downfall.

Thanks!

Either trace the wires by color or disconnect them one at a time and see which devices stop working.

12v panel wire tangle!

I needed a schematic the other day. Did a Google search, many right here in this forum - trailer wiring, house 12vdc, house 110vac. Some images better quality than others, most annotated with color of wire.
