1 Door - 2 Batteries?

Our "78" Ambassador has a single door for one battery (curb side)...behind gaucho. I would like to replace that battery with two new batteries. Do I need to put in another door on the street side to accomodate the new battery. Seems to me it would be much simpler to get new battery box for two batteries but now sure how that would work with one door. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Bob

Bob.

I don't think you will find a battery box that's compatible, with the Airstrea.

You can install a duplicate of what you have, but on the road side.

The complete plastic box and the complete exterior door and frame, are available.

That will keep your coach looking like it was made that way, as many of them have.
