I just ran across this vendor of Solar & Wind generator packages suitable for RV installations - the prices look VERY good for Solar panels made in Germany... They use multiples of 100 watt panels

they, Windy Nation, seem to be a good size outfit doing the solar thing for a while with lots of happy clients so i think you might have a good experience with them.

you link is a bit old and prices have adjusted as well..
