Remote generator ready?

While my AS is in for service and I am unable to walk out into the garage and tinker on it, I decided to really read the “window sticker” that it came with and ran across something interesting.

Under “Electrical” was the line:
Solar Prewire / Remote generator ready

What does that mean really?

I know what the prewire is, but “Remote generator ready” is listed on the same line. Is that just to save space on the page? Is this some whiz bang feature I don’t know about? My head started to spin.

I also know I can use a generator - have two and have used both.

Still - it left me wondering what the intent was listing this? I mean most trailers, an use a remote generator.... do ours have something additional on them?

I would assume that refers to the additional power port on the front of trailers 25ft and up.

That is what I thought as well except 50amp trailers do not have the front connection.
