Palmer Electric Solar
I hope there is a place on these forums to say something nice about someone.
John Palmer, of "Palmer Electric" from northern Florida, installed solar panels, bigger batteries and a larger inverter on our airstream about eight months ago. Everything was beautifully done, but what has impressed me most is the service after the fact. Every time I call him with a question or issue, he answers the phone, and with a few hints remembers who I am. That's impressive enough, because he has worked on hundreds of these projects. This past Sunday, on Father's Day, at 9 PM his time, he answered the phone and guided me through a solution after I had blown a fuse I could not find. I wish every person we dealt with was more like John Palmer.
